The Stoni Athi project is a master planning exercise of the National Housing Corporation (NHC)’s 150 acre parcel of land located in Athi River. 10 acres of the site is currently developed with 180 housing units (120 maisonettes and 60 flats) in a gated community. The remaining 140 acres is undeveloped hence the need to formulate a master plan for the entire land (including the already developed 10 acres) to adequately map out a development course. Through a competitive tender process, the contract was awarded to PLENG LTD.
